Frequently asked questions

What Talent is today – and what is still being prepared.

Does Wendory Talent cost anything for job seekers?

No. Creating a profile, searching jobs and applying are free for talent. Only companies pay for actively contacting talent – never for applications they receive.

Do I have to upload my CV to be found?

No. An anonymous profile can be discovered without documents. A CV is only needed when you apply for a specific permanent role – and you decide what is shared.

Can I look for a permanent role and freelance projects at the same time?

Yes. You choose 'open to both' and get two separate approvals: a missing freelance document does not block your permanent profile.

Are there jobs available today?

Not yet. Job postings and direct applications are being prepared. Until then we show an honest empty state – never invented jobs.
