The privacy principles are fixed, the interface follows

The rules below are binding for the product. The foundation is in place (separate data areas, consents, export and deletion); the interfaces where you control them follow step by step.

Three levels of data sharing

Anonymous profile, application, accepted contact

These three levels are strictly separated – a step on one level never opens the next.

    Visible in the talent search without personal data. It shows what you can do, not who you are.

    A frozen snapshot of the fields you confirmed – only for that one company and that one role.

    Accepted contact request

    A company may start a conversation with you. That does not automatically share documents or identity data.

Four rules we do not trade

They apply to every role and every market.

An anonymous profile holds no personal data
Companies see role, experience, languages and availability – by default without your name or contact details.

No silent CV or ID access
Documents are never derived from an anonymous profile and never shown automatically. They are shared per application.

Minimum data, clear purpose
Only what is needed for the purpose you chose is collected. Consents are recorded with date and purpose.

Block unfriendly companies
A block list keeps companies (for example competitors) out of your visibility – without exposing who is on it.

Frequently asked questions

We do not simply show your profile to the world: you control separately whether you want to be found for employment, for freelance work or for both – and you can review, export and delete your data at any time.

Do companies see my CV when they search for talent?

No. The talent search shows anonymous profiles without personal data. A CV is shared only with the specific application you send.

What happens to my data if I delete my profile?

Your talent profile data is deleted or anonymised. Applications you already submitted may have to be kept for the legally required period – you are told which case applies.
