The process is being switched on step by step

The technical foundation, permissions and data protection are in place. The registration process, document upload and applications follow step by step – you are not asked for anything yet.

The process

From choosing a model to applying

Only what your path really requires – no unnecessary fields, no documents you do not need.

  1. 01

    Choose your work model

Permanent role, freelance project or both. This decides which steps you see and which approvals you need.

  2. 02

    Build your profile

Roles, seniority, experience, languages, tools, availability and expectations. Saved as a draft – you can continue later.

  3. 03

    Provide what is required

A CV for the permanent path, the applicable proof of self-employment for the freelance path. Missing documents only block that path.

    • Proof of self-employmentFor the freelance path the applicable country rule decides which document is required. Identity is verified only where it is proportionate.set per country

A pending freelance proof never stops your permanent profile from being approved – and the other way round.

  4. 04

    Apply with a preview

You see exactly which fields the company receives and send them explicitly. Your CV is never shared silently.

These three levels are strictly separated – a step on one level never opens the next.

Approvals

Two paths, two separate approvals

Choosing 'both' does not mean sharing everything at once.

  • 01

    Permanent role: CV

For the permanent path your CV is needed. It is only shared with a company when you apply to that specific role.

  • 02

    Freelance: proof of self-employment

For the freelance path the applicable country rule decides which document is required. Identity is verified only where it is proportionate.

  • 03

One missing document blocks one path

A pending freelance proof never stops your permanent profile from being approved – and the other way round.

Data preview

You see what the company sees

Before sending, and only for this one application.

  • 01

    Field-by-field preview

CV, name, contact details and your free-text answers are listed individually, so you can see what leaves your profile.

  • 02

    A versioned snapshot

The company receives a frozen copy of the application – later changes to your profile are not passed on silently.

  • 03

    Withdrawal stays possible

You can withdraw an application, manage communication and exercise your data rights at any time.
