What companies get – and what they never get

From the product specification. They apply to every company equally.

    Only your own applications

    A company sees the applications for its own roles. Applications to other companies stay invisible – even within the same group.

    No CVs or IDs from the talent search

    An anonymous profile contains no documents. Personal data arrives only through a specific application or an accepted contact.

    No credit charge for incoming applications

    Incoming applications and job postings are free during the pilot. Only actively contacting talent uses credits.

  • 04

    Fair criteria instead of an automatic no

    Job-related requirements produce a review status, never an automatic final rejection without human review.

  • 05

    Verified company plus organisation permission

    Publishing requires a verified organisation and the matching role. Moderation acts server-side and can suspend.

When can we publish roles?

Job postings are in preparation. As soon as the module is released, you will be able to create drafts, have them reviewed and publish them – we will announce it to existing accounts first.

Does an incoming application cost credits?

No. Incoming applications from your own postings are free during the pilot. Only actively contacting talent in the pool uses credits.
