Does Wendory Talent cost anything for job seekers?

No. Creating a profile, searching jobs and applying are free for talent. Only companies pay for actively contacting talent – never for applications they receive.

Do I have to upload my CV to be found?

No. You can start without documents. A CV is only needed once you apply for a specific permanent position – or if you want to make it visible to companies. You decide what gets shared.

Can I look for a permanent role and freelance projects at the same time?

Yes. You choose 'open to both' and get two separate approvals: a missing freelance document does not block your permanent profile.

What happens to my data?

You decide which details companies see. You can export and delete your data anytime. All details are in the privacy policy.

Can I change something later?

Yes. You can adjust your work model, visibility, and details anytime – or pause your profile.
